Abrasive Flow Machining
MICRO+HEGA MicroStream systems finish complex internal geometries using a controlled flow of viscoelastic abrasive media. Ideal for internal deburring, edge rounding, smoothing and polishing.
Thermal deburring (TEM)
SGM NEW-TEM systems remove internal and external burrs uniformly and reproducibly using a controlled thermal process. They are particularly suited to complex components in steel, cast iron, aluminium, brass, Zamak and copper where hard-to-reach burrs are difficult to remove mechanically.
